An "A" In Internet Dating

Did you know that summer school students at ohio state can take a class in Internet Dating? The university offers a "Creative Activities Program" which includes a class by instructor Kirsten Peairs called "The Art Of Internet Dating: How To Write A Personals Ad That Attracts The People You Want To Meet". She tells community students how to do it in just three sessions for a cost of only $30 (which is certainly less than many people spend on renewing dating site subscriptions!)

Perhaps the class is helping to reduce the stigma of online dating in the state of Ohio. At least, that's one point made by Meredith Wilkie, a writer for The Lantern, Ohio State's student newspaper. Meredith also says that the Peairs has pointed out how the stigma generally only applies now to older generations and that college students find online dating to be less socially awkward. They just want to learn how to do it right!
