Avoid Monday Stress

Starting off the week can be stressful for even the most mild-mannered person. All of a sudden those work to-do's come creeping back after a restful, relaxing weekend.

When Monday blues get the best of you it's easy to take it out on your partner. You might be moodier than usual or snap for no apparent reason.

Be aware of your mood on Monday and do your best to avoid making your partner a bullseye for all your stress. Keep in mind Friday is only five days away. Your weekend will be that much better if you don't fight unnecessarily with your partner.
