You can go with traditional jewelry, chocolate, clothing, or really anything that your mother-to-be would enjoy. Just don't make it a baby-related gift. Remember, this is something for her, not her offspring.

Yeah, chocolate may not be the healthiest treat, but it's soooo delicious! I for one couldn't live without chocolate!

Loads of chocolate is bad for you, try to find the natural stuff as I find that not only is it not as fattening but it's also healthier.
