Chop on Sunday

So you and your partner want to eat better. The only problem is you can't seem to find the time. It's so much easier to order in or go out for quick meals. Or worse yet, scoop up unhealthy snacks from vending machines.

Before you give up on healthy eating entirely, consider chopping fruits and veggies on Sunday. You can cut up all the celery, apples, oranges, and carrots in sixty minutes or less. Put the snacks in zip-lock bags and you've got healthy snacks for the whole week.

The next time you're craving a candy bar from the vending machine you'll remember those chopped fruits and veggies in your bag and make a smart choice.
