PR WEB -- Mar 28 -- XIANZ.COM is a Christian based social networking site (by invitation only) that offers the same functionality as sites like MySpace.com, Facebook.com, and Friendster.com. Settings can be specified that allow only people of the same age range to communicate. Features include: Customized profiles with photos, video and music, private and instant messaging, online Blogs, personal message boards, birthday reminders & invites, shared interests, friends lists & shout outs, groups, events and listings. A large music module will be integrated in the next few weeks. RELEASE @ YAHOO
Mark Brooks: I've not seen a Christian social network yet. Makes sense. But what a funky name. Doesn't lend itself well to word of mouth. I added it to the social networks list. A friend tried creating Craigslist for Christians, JoinGod.com, last year but didn't get it to critical mass (Alexa rank) and got busy with other projects.
