Blind dates are usually something people try and avoid, although they can work occasionally. Singles usually agree to blind dates only because a friend is commonly behind the setup.

However, would you want to get set up by someone you don't know, with someone you know very little about?

Depends on how adventurous you are, I guess. Well, a new website, Crazy Blind Date, is catering to the most daring of singles. Just put up a blurred photo of yourself along with a short blurb about what you expect for a date, and presto! You've got an instant date.

Crazy Blind Date tries to get people out on a date within a day of agreeing. After all, they don't want to give you time to change your mind! Still, if you're wondering about safety, the site says dates are made in public places and there is even an option for a double date.
