What exactly does this mean? Well, activities like movies, the theater, and lectures lend themselves to sitting next to each other, facing the same direction. The activities may be fun, but you don't get to know each other any better.
Remember, it's early in the relationship. Go for something interactive like miniature golf or pottery making. In the end, you'll be building a memory together and give yourselves something to talk about for the third date and beyond.
