Sooner or later your parents will age. Those years of seeing them as indestructible will be behind you.

Aging parents can put a strain on any relationship, especially if one or more parents needs full time care.

You'll want to discuss this as a couple before it causes problems between you. Otherwise it could become the focal point and that would be a Shame.
