Most fear is bad but some fear can be good. It can get your adrenaline pumping, make you feel excited and infuse you with hormones that make you feel more connected to the person you're doing the scary thing with. Halloween is all about enjoying that great kind of fright so in honor of today's holiday, let's take a look at some of the fun fear-inducing things that you can do with a date:

- Skydiving. Make a date to go skydiving with your partner. The terrifying but basically safe experience will be something that the two of you will remember together for a lifetime. It's even recommended by some people as a Valentine's date!

- Haunted house. Dates that involve childlike fun are always a good way to get the two of you laughing and enjoying each other's company. You can jump when you get startled at the haunted house and enjoy playfully making fun of each other about your fear.

- Scary movies. At the very least, you and your date can rent some scary movies in honor of Halloween and cuddle up close together on the couch to watch them.
