Don’t Break the Bank… Get Creative

Right after the holidays the thought of spending big bucks on another gift for your sweetheart can seem daunting. Just remember, it's not always the most expensive gift that makes for a great February 14th. You can accomplish the same goal by creating a memorable experience.
One of my favorite ideas is called ready, set, shop! You and your honey go to the local mall and decide on a budget. Then you each have one hour to run around the mall and buy whatever you can find within budget. After the hour you rendezvous at the local coffee shop and exchange gifts.
You'll have spent exactly the same money and time on each other's gifts. That will prevent any misunderstandings or failure to meet gift giving expectations.

I think thats a great idea. The best gifts i have given or recieved have been the ones that were hand made, with love and thought.
