People ask me all the time about creating intimacy in their relationship. One of the simplest things you can do is commit to spooning at night and in the morning.



Intimacy is all about feeling connected. When your bodies are aligned like spoons in a kitchen drawer, that connection is instant.



So the next time you're wondering how to reconnect with your partner, go with a simple spoon and the intimacy will flow from there.
