When schedules get busy and work falls behind it's easy to take your blackberry or some paperwork to bed. Before you turn your sleeping room into a virtual office, think twice.

Leave the bedroom for sleeping and fun between the sheets. The more the bed reminds you of work the harder it will be to get some shut eye or have some fun.

There are plenty of other rooms in the house for work. So don't let the bedroom be one of them.
