Drink Enough Water

We all know doctors recommend at least eight glasses of water per day, but how many of us really find the time to squeeze in all that liquid energy?
If you're in a relationship consider challenging each other to drink enough water. You can make a game out of it, sending cute emails or IMs to each other at work as you down glasses three, four, five, etc.
The more you can team up for a healthy cause the healthier you'll be as a couple. And that will keep you together for a long time to come.
