eHarmony Gets Sued

Have you ever tried using eHarmony? I know of a few that have and were able to meet the love of their lives that way. I also know a few folks who got rejected from the site for whatever reason.

One of the people that got rejected sued eHarmony in 2005. One site said that "In the settlement, e-Harmony agreed to begin matching same-sex couples by March 2009." The writer of the article said they thought the lawsuit was frivolous.

What do you think? Should eHarmony have been forced to accept same sex couples?

Eharmony is just no fun, who wants to pay for a service where they send you matches? Id rather keep changingmy search parameters and find different kinds of people.

The author states it was frivolous because he could have gone to another dating site that caters to same sex seekers.

The state they were offering services in doesn’t allow discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation, which the service clearly does. The company was breaking the law. Their legal department should have seen that one coming.

In the days of segregation, the “colored” had where to drink, shop and so on, too. That wasn’t the point though, was it?

    This is no different.

i understand that gays have the right to exist and all.. but sewing a dating website because they dont offer gay matching.. its a bit like sewing a girls clothes store because they dont have any clothes for men… why dont we sew the gyms curves too for not allowing men…

However 2meet4free.com is 100% free quality dating site that allows to match hetero, gays, lesbians and bis and even people who make up their mind… its just up to which little boxes you click or not…
