TELEKOM -- Apr -- EMT, a subsidiary of Eesti Telekom, purchased 51% of Serenda Investment O" which owns Rate.ee. 49% of rate.ee belongs to Andrei Korobeinik, the founder. Rate.ee is the biggest social network in Estonia and connects 360,000 users. The aim of the acquisition is to provide and expand telecommunication and multimedia services. The complete transaction is valued ~40 million kroons / 2.5 million Euros. FULL ARTICLE @ TELEKOM
