Get a Baby Sitter
If you and your partner just welcomed a new baby you're filled with wonder and excitement. You're probably also noticing a little thing called Sleep deprivation. Plus, you're likely so focused on the baby you're not nourishing your relationship enough.



Giving it your all as a parent is a wonderful notion but never forget the importance of taking time as a couple. Get a baby sitter here and there so you can still have time for just the two of you.



Go for a quick bite or just cuddle in bed together. Either way you'll rekindle the love flame and that's what is most important in any relationship.
