Don't be afraid to ask for a little help if you're feeling overwhelmed. We could be talking about grandparents, siblings, or even a nanny. Taking care of a little one is hard work, with no days off, so asking for a little help is nothing to be ashamed of.
Plus, the more help you can get the more time you can spend with each other... and that's key to keeping your relationship strong!
