Get Those ZZZZsss

Never underestimate the importance of a good night's sleep in a relationship. You'd be amazed how much negative health stuff is linked to a lack of sleep. From colds to grouchiness, not getting enough ZZZsss causing all kinds of problems for yourself… and also your relationship.
Make a point of encouraging each other to get adequate sleep. It's the best way to keep your batteries recharged and the relationship healthy and vibrant.
The last thing you need is to be moping around snapping at each other. So get some good sack time and you're relationship will be that much better for it.
