Getting Dumped Is a Good Thing!

Is getting dumped such a bad thing?

If you think about it, ending a relationship can be the BEST thing that's ever happened to you. Do you want to end up with the wrong person?

I didn't think so.

Still, it's not so much getting dumped as it's the thought of starting again... and finding someone new... and getting over the basic feelings of rejection.

I'm a firm believer that you should allow yourself the time to feel lousy about being dumped, and then you should totally put it behind you. The more you wallow, the more you delay the realization that this is a big fat blessing in disguise.

I really enjoyed this article about getting dumped, moving on, and then enjoying your single status while you can. And that's the key. So many singles (myself included) complained about being single, but the reality is that time of your life goes so fast.

Thank goodness you're not stuck in a lame relationship. You're single because you deserve the best, and you're willing to wait for it. Bottom line is the same one we've discussed all week: singles need to celebrate!
