Do you ever have one of those fights late at night where all you want to do is go to bed and start fresh in the morning? It's so tempting to just stop the fight midway and get some shut eye.
While going to bed is the easy way out, it's not best for your relationship. The more you go to bed upset the more likely you are to harbor negative feelings throughout the night and into the next day.
So stay up a little later until you work through the issues and your relationship will be stronger in the long run.
