Sleeping it off is not the way to go in relationships. When you have tough fights, going to bed angry just makes things fester.
Instead, work it out before you hit the sheets. It may seem like a tough thing to do in the moment, but in the long run it will keep your relationship stronger.
So the next time you just want to get some Z's to end a fight, work through the tiredness and talk it out.
