TreeHugger had an interesting piece on green dating last week. They were actually promoting a guide to green dating.

I guess the idea of being environmentally friendly is slowly seeping into every aspect of life. So why not dating, too. Some of the ideas are actually pretty good. Top of my list: skip the movies.

Everyone knows that catching the newest Will Smith flick is not exactly a great first date: it gives you no chance to get to know each other, so how do you know if you want a second date? Instead, try dinner at a restaurant that uses organic, locally-sourced ingredients...
