There's an interesting article you should check out on why women seem to gravitate toward men who are taken.

I've always wondered this myself. There's something very interesting about a guy that other women (even one other woman) is interested in. Take a dork and marry him off, and suddenly he's a more charming, sexier, attractive dork.

Or perhaps it's more than that. Maybe there is a sense that a guy that is taken is "safe." He won't reject you.

Let me ask you, have you ever found yourself suddenly attracted to a guy simply because he had a girlfriend or was married?

This happens to me all the time. I think it's because I got out of a bad relationship about 9 months ago and am still extremely gun shy about dating again. Being attracted to someone who is taken is a sure fire way to not get hurt because there's about .023432% possibility of it turning into something...or so I hope.

I see my friends going after married men all the time...I guess, as you said, it just makes a guy more attractive. I have male friends do the same thing with females...guess it does the same thing.
