Introduce the Kids Slowly

Let's say you've met a great guy or girl and it's starting to get serious. You have a child from a previous relationship and you're wondering when is the right time to let your partner meet your kid.
Of course there's no perfect time but do remember that younger kids latch on to newcomers pretty quick. So ask yourself if this relationship really has the potential to go the distance.
Keep in mind your child already watched your first relationship fall apart. So if they don't need to see it happen again, you can avoid the pain by holding off on the intro.
