A new site is going to be launching at the beginning of the new year and it's focused on a highly specific group: Professional Latinos Looking for Love. According to a news report about the site which was published last month, the Penn alumni co-founders believe that this is a niche market which has been underserved by the online dating world. They say that although there are sites specific to meeting Latino dating needs, none of them have really gotten enough attention to become the kind of brand name that brings a big selection of people to a site's dating pool. They hope to change that with QuieroLatino.com.



Some people say that sites which are specific to dating people of different races create bad stereotypes about a culture. However others say that there are certain characteristics that members of a culture may share and that they may want to find those in their mates. Those people who identify themselves with the Latino community may be hoping to find a match that also identifies with that community. If so, they should be able to do so on QuieroLatino.com.
