Have you seen the new magazine just for singles? It's called Singular and it made its debut in September.

I haven't seen a copy yet, but I did catch this piece from Elisabeth Eaves at Forbes. Eaves did receive a copy and made some interesting points. Generally she seemed to think that a magazine specifically geared toward singles was a bad idea. Here's what she said, "This is not because there's something embarrassing about being single. It's just that singleness doesn't imply a set of shared interests, so it seems like a strange thing to cling to as an identity group."

I have to say, I agree with her. I'm all for helping singles to live better lives, but I'm not sure how a magazine will do that.
