It's hard enough sticking to new year's resolutions when you're the only one monitoring your progress. That's where your partner comes in.

This year, each of you should pick 1-2 things you want to improve. Then hold each other accountable for making it happen. If you reach your goals, have a great reward at the end, say a fun vacation together.

By December 2007 you'll have accomplished your goals together and feel that much better about yourself and the relationship.
