If you're a married woman who has gotten bored, you might be online looking for a bit of a break from the routine of your life. Enter AshleyMadison.com, the site whose Slogan is "when monogamy becomes monotony" and which advertises itself as being "for women seeking romantic affairs and the men who want to fulfill them". Interestingly, they say that they don't encourage anyone to stray from their marriage, but they don't fail to provide a service for those who wish to.
The site's not new, it's been around since 2001 (although it was recently acquired by Avid Life Media) but it's gaining new attention because of reports that a number of married celebrities use the site. Recently, the site apparently offered a free lifetime membership to Katie Holmes if she was interested in spending time away from Tom Cruise. Are you buying it?
