Happy New Year's Eve!
What are your plans? (Don't you hate it when people ask you that? )
New Year's has a lot of expectations, especially for singles. If you're single and stay home alone, you might feel isolated from the rest of the partying going on throughout town. However, if you go out and have a bad time, you might feel even worse.
The best thing to do is not stress over New Year's, or let anyone else make you feel bad about it - no matter what your plans are. If you're staying home, enjoy it. Savvy the quiet time and pat yourself on the back for not going out if you don't feel like it.
If you feel like celebrating with some friends or even a date and don't have plans yet, I've got a list of suggestions here to help you out. Regardless of what you decide to do tonight, be safe. And have a blessed new year!
