TWIN CITIES PIONEER PRESS -- Jan 2 -- Wendy Peikes was tired of
dating guys who'd vanish when they'd met her housemates --- three hairy,
energetic dogs. So she took to her computer keyboard and joined DateMyPet where pet aversion is not tolerated. "There are 40 million single pet owners," said Dan Cohen, CEO of animalattraction.com.
"This is a big business." Yahoo personals surveyed 5,000 users and
found that 91% of them would use a pet as a conversation starter. More
than three-quarters said a person's pet gives greater insight into the
owner's personality. TWIN CITIES PIONEER PRESS

Maraud your ever so cute puppy outside a Starbucks and see how many
singles you meet in the time it takes to drink your venti latte!
DateMyPet and AnimalAttraction are onto a good thing. Do pet lovers
make good matches?
