Put Down the Blackberry

Okay, so we're not talking about the fruit, we're talking about that little invention that let's you check emails in the palm of your hand.
Of course the upside is that you can stay connected to work at a moment's notice, but beware of your divided attention. If you tend to say "uh huh" to someone while checking messages, then you're not really listening.
This can get particularly frustrating in a relationship. So check your emails but then give your attention to the one you love. After all, a blackberry can't love you back!
