Stay on Track

Stay on Track
When you and your partner disagree, it's always tempting to get off track and throw everything but the kitchen sinklinks. You both feel under attack so you start bringing up old issues and harping on things from the past.

Your best odds of preventing small fights from turning into huge blowouts is to stay on track. That means only talking about the disagreement or issue at hand, rather than bringing up stuff you've been banking for months.

The more you can stay on track the more quickly you'll get back to loving each other again and carrying on with your relationship.
