Take a Walk... Together

One of the healthiest things a couple can do is exercise, and walking tops the list of easiest exercises to do on a regular basis.

You don't have to do anything exotic like a hike along the river or into the mountains. Even a simple walk around the block together will get the juices flowing and the heart rate pumping.

The best part about walking is that you'll be doing something great for your joint health as a couple. Is there any better cause than that?
