Throw A Singles Party
Friday, 3. August 2007 - 8:00 am

If you're getting tired of the online dating scene, you might want to move those meetings out into the real world. And if you're an entrepreneur, you might be able to make a little money while meeting someone. At least, that seems to be the case for a UK mom who is hosting her own "Summer Singles Party" next week.
According to an article by Andrew Smith printed by Oxford Mail, 39-year-old Kally Peigne got tired enough of the online dating scene that she decided to do something about it. She's organizing her own party that professional singles can attend to meet other people like themselves. But this is no "come one, come all" kind of party. To get into her party, you must pay the price of tickets.
Kally's got a good heart though, and she's donating a portion of the proceeds to Macmillan Cancer Support. It's a good cause that singles can support. And it's probably cheaper than several rounds of first dates with the online buddies that you're trying to sift through. Maybe you should do some party planning of your own.
