Trade Hobby Knowledge

One of the best things you can do in any relationship is trade hobby knowledge. What exactly does this mean? Let's say one of you is a huge baseball fan and the other is a tremendous cook.
There's absolutely no reason you have to enjoy these hobbies alone. You can cut a deal that you'll teach each other your hobbies. You can even make a date out of it. For example, cook something together and then eat it while watching the game.
It's a great way to prevent what I call "relationship isolation" where you each enjoy your favorite hobbies alone.
