TRUE's lawsuit against a convicted felon who misrepresented himself on TRUE has been settled. He agreed to not sign up to any online dating or relationship service, do community service and pay monetary damages to be donated to the Safer Online Dating Alliance or another organization dedicated to the mission of improving consumer safety.
