TRUE Sued For Bad Billing Practices
Did you know that if you sign up for online dating service with True.com and then decide to cancel, you could continue to be charged and your personal information may still be used by the site?

TRUE is the defendant in a Texas class action lawsuit for fraudulent billing practices. The dating site is being sued for charging members after they've cancelled their service.

In addition to seeking compensation for the billing issues, the prosecutors hope to raise awareness of (and bring an end to) TRUE's practice of using personal profile information and photographs of their subscribers. TRUE maintains that they have the right to use these personal items even after subscribers have canceled their service. FULL ARTICLE @ ONLINE DATING MAGAZINE.
