Walk Together Stay Together

Life is so busy, it can be hard to find time together. But a simple walk has so many benefits, it's really worth squeezing into the schedule.
For starters, it's great exercise. Second, it will be just the two of you, a chance to reconnect. Third, walks clear your head and can help with any tough decisions your facing.
So give a walk a chance and you just may get hooked.

I would recommend at least 15-20 minutes a day of walking in order to gain some benefits.
