You Ordered a Salad?
Early in the relationship, ordering a salad for dinner definitely has some negative connotations. For guys, there's the stereotype that he isn't a meat eater (i.e., a real man). For women, there's the stereotype that she's watching her weight too much.



These stereotypes are of course silly, but once the relationship gets serious, it's time to make salads a huge part of your meals together.



The more you can encourage each other to eat healthy, the better your odds of living a longer, healthier life together.
