I loved this article about sucking up your dating complaints and just getting out there already. I highly agree with this poster. I, too, hear these complaints from daters who seem to balk at the idea of going on a date! They dread the thought of conversation with someone new. They sigh when they think about "how many people" they have to go through in order to find the right one.
But the reality is, if you DON'T go through these steps and just kind of settle on one person, you are not doing yourself any favors. After all, the purpose of dating is to find the RIGHT person for you. In this fast paced, quick moving world, finding the right mate is still something that takes time. You can't rush it, or it won't work.
Instead, think of dating as a fun way to get out, meet new people (regardless if you click with them or not) and learn about what you like and don't like in the process. No one said it would be easy, but nothing in life worth having is.
